Final Blog’s Post

Let me start by saying CT101

My final blog post will be about soccer and how fun soccer can be!!!

What is Soccer?

A game played by two teams of eleven players with a round ball that may not be touched with the hands or arms during play except by the goalkeepers. The object of the game is to score goals by kicking or heading the ball into the opponents’ goal.

Why Soccer?

I found soccer fun to actual play in person or in video games. i believed most of you enjoy playing FIFA in PS3/4. As i kid, that was the only sport i found interesting. I used to play for hours and will not get tired. I was not a Pro on it, yet i still play for fun.

Short History of Soccer

Records trace the history of soccer back more than 2,000 years ago to ancient China. Greece, Rome, and parts of Central America also claim to have started the sport; but it was England that transitioned soccer, or what the British and many other people around the world call “football,” into the game we know today.

Who Invented Modern Soccer?
